About the position

Effectv is seeking a dynamic Manager of Product Marketing to lead a team of Product Marketing Specialists. This role involves managing daily activities within the Product Marketing department, developing and introducing advertising products, and ensuring alignment with business strategies and departmental budgets. The Manager will also provide training to the sales team and develop marketing programs targeting specific market segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop the value proposition for multiscreen advertising products and explain their functionality within the advertising ecosystem.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Commercialization for the launch and evolution of advertising product strategies.
• Introduce new advertising products to the Sales team and provide necessary training and expertise.
• Research and recommend competitive positioning for advertising products.
• Monitor program performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and communicate department policies, procedures, and practices effectively.
• Train and mentor staff, including both professionals and non-exempt employees.
• Implement marketing campaign strategies targeted at specific market segments.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales staff on proposals to key customers and modify marketing programs as needed.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in product marketing or a related field.
• Strong people management skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
• In-depth product knowledge and ability to develop value propositions.
