Responsibilities

  • Supports the product marketing strategy from product conception through commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborates closely with product development teams to ensure that customer insights are integrated into product design and development processes.
  • Assists in driving product positioning, messaging, and adherence to brand standards to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to target audiences.
  • Manages product labels in coordination with other functional groups, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and consistency with brand standards.
  • Develops product marketing assets, including product catalogs, sales materials, digital content, and packaging, to support sales efforts and drive demand.
  • Partners with the campaign team to develop go-to-market strategies for new products, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates with packaging teams to ensure that product packaging aligns with brand messaging and enhances the customer experience.
  • Continuously seeks ways to optimize and streamline product marketing processes and tools.
  • Implements measurement and reporting processes to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Fosters a collaborative and innovative environment within the product marketing function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with a track record of supporting innovative products to market.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in product development and commercialization processes.
  • Experience managing product marketing assets, such as labels, catalogs, sales materials, and packaging.
