The Manager will oversee the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products to target audiences. This includes conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, translating these insights into actionable marketing plans. The Manager will also work closely with the sales team, providing them with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively sell our products, including sales presentations, product guides, and competitive analysis materials. In addition, the Manager will drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across various teams to achieve successful product launches. Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives will be crucial, as will making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of product marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary tools, training, and collateral for effective product sales.
  • Drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners to encourage harmony across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of dynamic marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields.
  • 2+ years leading teams as a people manager.
  • Proven track record in leading successful healthcare-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, trends, and challenges.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms.
