About the position

The Manager, Product Marketing at Bendix is responsible for leading the development and execution of product marketing plans for all Bendix product lines. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive product launches, enhance market awareness, and support the sales team. The manager will oversee a team of marketing analysts, ensuring effective marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of marketing analysts to develop product marketing messages and unique selling points for Bendix product lines.
• Manage product marketing activities for specific Bendix product lines while overseeing the entire product marketing team.
• Create and manage marketing collateral including videos, brochures, and websites for product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as legal, engineering, and sales to ensure successful product marketing execution.
• Build customer relationships to promote Bendix products and facilitate fleet pull-through.
• Conduct market research to inform marketing plans and strategies.
• Manage the product marketing budget in alignment with sales and tactical marketing plans.
• Utilize web analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and market trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, program management, or business development.
• 3+ years of experience in creating marketing collateral.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or heavy industrial equipment industry.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on process management.
• Experience with digital marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Greenbelt certification is a plus.
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
