About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Kovalus Separation Solutions LLC, you will play a pivotal role in interfacing with both internal commercial and technical stakeholders to identify project requirements that will help develop and drive marketing initiatives. This position requires you to coordinate over 15 marketing projects simultaneously across all company brands, including Kovalus, RELCO, and Eco-Tec, while maintaining a global perspective on branding. You will serve as the marketing liaison with external vendors, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's immediate and long-term business goals. This includes developing content across multiple platforms such as advertising, social media, video, print/digital, technical papers, and tradeshow materials based on the company's objectives and priorities. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy and will be responsible for coordinating tradeshow activities, including planning, execution, and deliverables. You will support the Senior Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating marketing priorities and the development of the execution strategy. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating and developing a variety of internal projects, such as content development, internal presentations for sales, communication emails, project wins/highlights, and internal newsletters. You will develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, setting objectives, timelines, and deliverables between groups and external vendors, while also managing PPC and SEO activities to continuously optimize the company's digital presence. Additionally, you will develop strategies for tradeshow events, identifying requirements, creating brand strategy and messaging, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating show details with sales and marketing. Continually seeking new sources of prospective customer data and providing recommendations to sales and marketing leadership will also be a key part of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with internal commercial and technical stakeholders to identify project requirements for marketing initiatives.

  • Develop content across multiple platforms including Advertising, Social Media, Video, Print/Digital, Technical Papers, and Tradeshow materials.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy.
  • Coordinate tradeshow planning, execution, and deliverables.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating marketing priorities and execution strategy.
  • Develop and coordinate a variety of internal projects such as content development and internal presentations for sales.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables between groups and external vendors.
  • Coordinate PPC & SEO activities to optimize digital presence.
  • Develop strategies for tradeshow events, including brand strategy/messaging and coordination with sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing management or a similar role.
  • Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, project management, or communications.
  • Self-starting and project management experience preferred.
  • Social media content development/execution experience, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Experience using data analytics software for research.
  • Graphic design knowledge.
