About the position

The position is focused on driving growth and profitability across multiple product lines within a B2C marketing framework. The role involves P&L responsibility, market analysis, and strategic development to enhance product offerings and market presence. The candidate will work cross-departmentally to ensure alignment and effective communication of new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility across multiple product lines including revenue, product cost, quality, and installation.
• Analyze core and adjacent markets to develop growth strategies and drive go-to-market strategy.
• Define each market by channel and distribution.
• Lay out the pricing landscape by market and create cost recommendations.
• Participate in the Phase Gate process to ensure organizational alignment.
• Analyze products through the Product Life Cycle process and make strategy recommendations for each phase.
• Define messaging for New Product Introductions that resonate with consumers and can be communicated to Marketing Communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience in a B2C model.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to define market segments by price point, channels, distribution, share, and decision factors.
• Experience analyzing P&L and identifying factors that influence growth and profitability.
• Familiarity with the Phase Gate process.
• Ability to work cross-departmentally between Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.
• Strong critical thinking skills to identify trends in financial data and develop creative solutions.
