About the position

The Manager, Product Sales Strategy at Comcast Corporation is responsible for enhancing employee engagement through the planning and execution of events that promote the company's products and services. Responsibilities

  • Supports the creation and implementation of employee engagement plans that inform, educate and enhance the understanding of the Company's products, services and experiences.
  • Manages and implements employee engagement plans that coach, foster and reinforce key sales and service behaviors that ensure the sales success of the Company's products, services and experiences.
  • Influences the design and implementation of employee engagement events, including brainstorming ideas and planning branding and communication for messaging and events.
  • Travels to events across the country, supports on-site execution of live events, and creatively delivers virtual events and experiences.
  • Liaises and assists with vendor selection, management, and negotiation in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Handles logistics associated with the delivery of employee engagement plans.
  • Develops post-event feedback plans to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback measuring sentiment and adoption.
  • Partners with others to design methodologies and review feedback and insights to inform future plans and execution.
  • Distributes post-event feedback summaries.
  • Manages invoicing and event budgeting details.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in program management and sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a team and provide subject matter guidance.
