About the position

The position involves leading and managing development teams to enhance the CCH Axcess software suite with AI-driven solutions. The role emphasizes Agile practices, collaboration across various teams, and ensuring high-quality project delivery while managing risks and dependencies. Continuous improvement and effective communication with stakeholders are also key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development teams in designing, developing, and delivering AI-driven enhancements to the CCH Axcess software suite.
• Facilitate Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product, operations) to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of project tasks and timelines.
• Monitor and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including technical teams, product management, and business leaders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by fostering an environment for teams to regularly assess and optimize processes, tools, and workflows.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, balancing functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years managing development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operations staff.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications in a production environment (preferably Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile tools and processes (e.g., Jira, Scrum, Kanban) and a proven track record of managing projects through Agile delivery cycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges related to timelines, technical constraints, and project resources.
• Experience managing the delivery of software services and components that require integration with modern AI/ML frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and large language models, with an understanding of how they can be applied in software products.
• Experience working with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployments and operations of cloud services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies in a product development context.
• Experience supporting or coordinating AI-based projects, ensuring that AI integrations align with product development goals.
