In this position, you will manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, ensuring that your team effectively identifies and mitigates impediments. You will be responsible for assessing resource needs, managing project scope, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. As a leader, you will coach and mentor team members, guiding them through their professional development while managing all aspects of work to achieve key milestones and product release dates. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and scrum teams globally to ensure the quality and timely delivery of product releases, patches, and change requests. Your role will also involve effective communication with stakeholders regarding deliverables, routine tasks, and escalations. You will report on work status and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting Root Cause Analysis to enhance team behaviors and processes. Additionally, you will coordinate with other leaders to identify and address cross-module gaps, perform project activity and financial planning, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. As the point of contact for stakeholders, you will create and implement project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives, while also preparing statements of work and monitoring performance. Your ability to anticipate and manage changes to projects will be crucial, as will your skills in developing presentations that could lead to expanded business opportunities.
