About the position

The Manager, Product Solutions Marketing at Tekion is responsible for defining and communicating the value created by Tekion's innovative automotive platform. This role requires a hands-on individual with deep automotive domain expertise who can collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams. The position focuses on maintaining processes related to product lifecycle, supporting global product solutions positioning, and leveraging data to refine key value metrics for dealerships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and define processes across the organization related to Product lifecycle from inception to Go-To-market and Marketing/Sales for multiple Cloud products.
  • Support global product solutions positioning in various markets, adapting language and positioning as needed.
  • Use data to refine key value metrics that dealerships measure alongside product capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define processes for operationalizing the collection of metrics and business value.
  • Collect detailed data and metrics about Tekion's business value in partnership with Partner Success teams and customers.
  • Develop internal content that accurately positions products to solve dealership business challenges.
  • Research competitive products to understand their KPIs and business value levers.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify product tier offerings based on business value differentiators.
  • Refine messaging based on early product feedback from customers and adapt the Platform Solution story accordingly.
  • Evolve the Product Solutions playbook and Go-To-Market approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations and key metrics that drive revenue and expenses.
  • Experience in retail or fixed operations within dealerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and accountability.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
