About the position

The Manager, Product Strategy at HelloFresh is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of key product initiatives, particularly in the realm of new recipe development. This role involves managing the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that product offerings meet quality standards while driving customer experience and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle with speed and urgency that meets quality standards.
• Manage merchandising of existing products, including promotions and product marketing.
• Manage the product feedback cycle to improve existing recipes.
• Collaborate with brand teams to design packaging and photoshoots for new product launches.
• Develop long and short term product roadmap and strategy across pet food categories and addons.
• Create and execute project plans to ensure successful product development within budget and timeline.
• Introduce strategic ideas and product concepts for new products and quality improvements.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support new categories and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure success of product launches.
• Build new models and processes to measure the impact of new products on business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, brand management or strategy roles.
• Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving physical product development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels of management.
• Ability to manage resources, budgets, and vendors effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience within the Food or Pet industry is preferred but not required.
