Responsibilities

• Champion short-range and long-range plant production planning and inventory management.
• Utilize forecasting data and safety stock methodologies to ensure finished product availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer demand.
• Manage a team of coordinators and specialists to produce efficient production schedules.
• Align with production and maintenance to schedule downtime and minimize impact on operations.
• Analyze and monitor production data to optimize factory operations.
• Prepare finite production schedules at the SKU level by shift, day, and week.
• Enter the weekly master production plan into SAP and adjust as needed.
• Participate in weekly maintenance planning and daily operating review meetings.
• Manage coordination of packing supplies and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain planning, logistics planning, or production planning in a manufacturing environment.
