About The Position
Stratasys is a world leader in 3D printing, leading the global shift to additive manufacturing with innovative 3D printing solutions for industries such as aerospace, automotive, consumer products, and healthcare. The Manager, Production is responsible for meeting quality, on-time delivery, and margin targets to support the facility's revenue and gross margin goals. They collaborate with all departments to ensure the Finishing department meets quality and delivery objectives efficiently. The Manager identifies opportunities for continuous improvement (CPI) and addresses root cause issues, working closely with the PME group to implement solutions.
