About The Position
The position involves managing and overseeing the entire production process while ensuring compliance with employee safety requirements, SQF standards, HACCP principles, allergen controls, and GMP practices. The role focuses on continuously improving efficiencies and increasing productivity to meet customer service goals. The individual will support the Operations Manager in all aspects of managing production activities.
