About the position

The Program Manager for Autonomy at Collins Aerospace will lead and manage various autonomy projects within the Collaborative Mission Autonomy Value Stream Leadership team. This role involves overseeing project management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet program requirements. The position requires a strong focus on communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage complex programs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses for RFIs and Bids
• Manage BMW, IRAD / Discretionary Project management
• Support program increment planning events (PIPE)
• Oversee IoTs / IWAs management for invoicing
• Support PARs and CCRLs program management
• Coordinate and direct activities across the Collins shared services business model
• Ensure all key stakeholders are involved in planning and execution
• Conduct periodic meetings with customers for program reviews
• Establish a risk and opportunity management program
• Manage change proposals and lead negotiation teams
• Support internal reviews and Gate Reviews

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
• 5+ years of prior external customer support/interface experience
• 5+ years of production management experience
