Responsibilities

• Lead business operations and strategy for the Marketplace seller fulfilled team.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
• Assist in building and executing the annual planning process.
• Establish processes and tools to enhance discussions around seller fulfilled business.
• Drive end-to-end ownership for system solutions for new and existing features.
• Develop a roadmap for key business initiatives and advocate for solutions that optimize seller delivery and post-purchase experience.
• Translate product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 2 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
• 4 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area if no degree is held.
• Master's degree with 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior executives.
