About the position
The Manager, Program Management at Hilton is responsible for driving program management for data strategy operations and analytics product teams. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that Hilton's strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and insights. The position requires strong project management skills, particularly in using Atlassian Jira, to support the Analytics Product and Business Intelligence Teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer Atlassian Jira projects and dashboards for the Analytics Product and Business Intelligence Teams, providing support and documentation.
- Develop end-to-end business and JIRA processes with the Portfolio Management Office and Enterprise Architecture to create value stream delivery, aligned with Portfolio Management Standards.
- Create monthly re-alignment processes for the Analytics Product roadmap and facilitate PI Planning.
- Lead project management activities, including creating training materials, process documentation, and coordinating Portfolio and Program Planning with important partners.
- Manage Jira portfolio to align and prioritize strategic and functional programs.
- Evolve the Analytics Product Operating Model, in collaboration with analytics, business, data, and external partners to ensure alignment with Portfolio Management and agile transformation processes.
- Lead program coverage for other strategic projects as needed.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of professional experience in Project and Process Management.
- Two (2) years of advanced JIRA user experience including project administration, creating JQL queries, dashboards, Scrum/Kanban boards, and other types of performance reports.
