About the position
Lionsgate is seeking a Manager for Programming & Operations within its International SVOD Channels team. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day operations and servicing for Lionsgate+ international channels, ensuring effective programming and operational support in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day content operations for channels, including content availability, localized assets, merchandising, and delivery status to global partners.
- Oversee monthly programming refresh, including avails clearances, servicing & delivery, and marketing assets.
- Research and document content versions available to channel platforms, coordinating with Content Operations and Global Servicing on asset readiness and timely publishing.
- Learn and navigate proprietary and third-party SaaS tools to enhance content distribution and minimize exceptions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of directly related experience required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to effectively communicate objectives or performance to executive stakeholders on behalf of the team.
- Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems, with the ability to communicate those solutions to executive leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of and experience in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
- Proficient in data analytics and sourcing market research.
- A college degree is strongly preferred.
