The Manager, Programs & Leadership at the Pat Tillman Foundation (PTF) plays a crucial role in managing and executing various programs for the Tillman Scholars program. This mid-career position requires a highly organized individual who can work autonomously while fostering collaboration within a dynamic team. The role involves engaging with scholars, planning impactful events, and representing the organization in external engagements, all while being inspired by the mission to support veterans and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement innovative programs and events to enhance the scholar experience.
  • Build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth/improvements.
  • Organize and facilitate small group touchpoints around focused topics and impact areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute impactful programming.
  • Support the successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and help inform data-driven recommendations.
  • Represent the organization at external events and conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the military and veteran communities.
  • Expand the organization's footprint on military bases through strategic outreach and partnerships.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
