Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Coordinator team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Define team goals, objectives, and KPIs, and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee the coordination and management of all projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Serve as a point of escalation for project-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to streamline project coordination processes.
• Generate regular reports on project status and performance metrics.
• Conduct periodic reviews of project coordination processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.
• Previous experience in team leadership and management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite.
