About the position

The position involves overseeing and managing field engineering services within a designated geographical region. The role focuses on managing resources, finances, and personnel to enhance customer relationships, promote employee growth, drive revenue growth, and ensure system reliability and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative, management, and technical oversight of distribution design and field engineering.
• Manages group resources to achieve maintenance, reliability, and financial goals.
• Provides operational support to improve customer satisfaction and reliability performance.
• Offers technical expertise to local jurisdiction on regulatory agency items.
• Trains and coaches work group on policies and procedures for customer service and compliance.
• Manages special projects including process development and storm restoration efforts.
• Serves in a leadership role during emergency response and storm restoration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience with proven leadership capabilities or significant project management experience.
• Professional Engineering license (requirements may vary by state).
