About the position

The Plant Maintenance Reliability Manager at E. & J. Gallo will lead the Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance programs, focusing on enhancing asset reliability and operational excellence. This role involves developing comprehensive maintenance programs, training employees on advanced maintenance techniques, and collaborating with various teams to optimize maintenance schedules and drive continuous improvement. The manager will also oversee budget management and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance programs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Predictive Maintenance Technologies (PDM), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Train employees on advanced maintenance techniques such as vibrational analysis, thermal imaging, and oil analysis.
• Analyze repairs and monitor downtime trends using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Collaborate with Maintenance Troubleshooting and Major Rebuild project teams to optimize maintenance schedules.
• Develop and mentor the maintenance team, fostering an environment of innovation and accountability.
• Maintain an operating budget and capital spending plan.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of manufacturing engineering or maintenance operations experience, including reliability engineering or predictive maintenance experience; OR High School Diploma plus 11 years of relevant experience.
• Experience presenting information to upper management or senior leadership.
• Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint at a basic level.
• Supervisory or project management experience.
