The Manager of Research Business Operations at HonorHealth is responsible for overseeing and managing the business operations of the Research Institute's clinical trials programs. This role involves utilizing project management, financial, and leadership skills to develop and manage business teams and infrastructure to achieve the Institute's business and financial objectives. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, sound financial management, and operational success in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Provide business operations oversight and management for the Research Institute's clinical trials programs.
• Develop and manage business teams and infrastructure to meet financial objectives.
• Direct operational activities in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Analyze critical documents associated with clinical research for compliance and financial management.
• Monitor performance and assist in problem resolution related to clinical trials.
• Lead projects collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure engagement and success.
• Design, implement, and manage workflows to meet objectives and timelines.
• Monitor program performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Mentor and educate team members to improve process efficiency.
• Manage staff in assigned departments, including hiring and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in research administration, finance, or accounting.
• 2 years of people management experience.
