As the Manager of Retail Communications & Engagement, you will be responsible for planning, developing, launching, and sustaining retail communication programs and initiatives that positively impact our business, customers, and teams in the short and long term. Your focus will be on driving initiatives that support our retail strategy and adapting communication to our retail audience using modern technology. You will manage stakeholder relationships and build buy-in for all upcoming changes. Additionally, you will collaborate with field leadership, operations, and learning and development teams to ensure all launched initiatives are successfully integrated into daily retail operations. In this role, you will collaborate with retail leaders and Learning & Development to support the retail service model by integrating communication tools and language, ensuring a consistent voice and experience across all retail locations. You will develop and lead the retail communication strategy, working with cross-functional partners to deliver clear and essential communication to field teams, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped. Your responsibilities will also include building and leading retail engagement programs designed to enhance team morale and customer interaction, resulting in positive Employee Satisfaction Scores and Net Promoter Score (NPS) results. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and active engagement within the retail environment will be key to your success. You will continuously seek new opportunities and share ideas to drive business growth and support company goals. Providing recommendations for implementation and communicating potential impacts to cross-functional stakeholders will be essential. You will also develop and refine operational processes and standard operating procedures with the operations and field managers, ensuring seamless integration of new initiatives into daily store operations, focusing on improving conversion metrics. Lastly, you will represent retail in cross-functional projects to ensure that store communication and engagement needs are prioritized and incorporated into any operational changes resulting from strategic business initiatives or key retail projects.
