About the position

As a Retail Sales Manager at Acosta, you will lead a team dedicated to driving sales for a major consumer electronics brand. Your role will focus on increasing the retail presence of the client's products, ensuring exceptional performance and compliance across multiple locations. You will be responsible for mentoring your team, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while fostering a culture of family values within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor and develop a remote team of Dedicated Sales and Training Representatives.
• Drive sales, increase brand awareness and influence market share.
• Serve as the primary dedicated expert for team members' performance in client service and sales targets.
• Act as liaison between representatives, management, and clients, overseeing day-to-day activities.
• Ensure success across several states covering multiple retail locations with measurable key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures among representatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Minimum two years management experience in retail or related fields.
• Minimum three years in retail, merchandising, and/or consumer packaged goods.
