About the position

As a Retail Sales Manager at Acosta, you will lead a team focused on driving sales for a major consumer electronics brand. Your role will involve increasing the retail presence of the client's products, ensuring exceptional performance and compliance across multiple locations, and fostering a culture of accountability and success within your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a remote team of Dedicated Sales and Training Representatives.
• Serve as the primary expert for team members' performance in client service and sales targets.
• Act as a liaison between representatives, management, and clients, overseeing day-to-day activities.
• Ensure success across several states and retail locations with measurable key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures among representatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Minimum two years management experience in retail or related fields required.
• Minimum three years in retail, merchandising, and/or consumer packaged goods required.
• Account/client management experience desirable.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing, or service organizations.
