Candex is seeking a dedicated Manager, Revenue Operations to support our growth and expansion in multiple countries as well as help us customize Candex's system and onboard global corporations. This position will be based out of the office in Boston (Hybrid) and will report to the Director of Revenue Operations. The role involves establishing new subsidiaries globally, understanding the country-wise local regulations and tax regimes, preparing global accounting and taxation playbooks along with training materials for the Customer Success team to face clients, collaborating with the IT team to customize Candex's portal according to the country-wise (local) regulations, setting up new bank accounts globally, enabling Supply Chain Financing with affiliated financial institutions, assisting periodically with FP&A (country-wise analysis), coordinating with Sales / Account leads / CSMs to satisfy clients' onboarding requirements, and regular audit and maintenance of the entity details.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing new subsidiaries globally.
  • Understanding the country-wise local regulations and tax regimes.
  • Preparing global accounting and taxation playbooks along with training materials for the Customer Success team to face clients.
  • Collaborating with the IT team to customize Candex's portal according to the country-wise (local) regulations.
  • Setting up new bank accounts globally and enabling Supply Chain Financing with affiliated financial institutions.
  • Assisting periodically with FP&A (country-wise analysis).
  • Coordinating with Sales / Account leads / CSMs to satisfy clients' onboarding requirements.
  • Regular audit and maintenance of the entity details.

Requirements

  • Two years experience in a Revenue Operations role.
  • Master's Degree in Business/Finance or similar comparable experience, CPA preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and competing responsibilities.
  • Great at relationship building.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in NetSuite, SAP, Ariba, Coupa.
