About the position

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Systems is responsible for overseeing the application team that supports the Resolute Hospital Billing and Hospital Billing Claims IT applications. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal application performance, and leading a team of analysts. The manager will also be involved in project management, risk mitigation, and user support, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Digital, Data, Technology, and Innovation (DDTI) leadership team to collect, analyze and document technical, clinical, or business operations artifacts and translate problems into solution-oriented initiatives.
• Responsible for developing and monitoring the development roadmap for the applications in assigned area.
• Evaluates current state processes and identifies gaps to future state process around application use to maximize departmental and organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Responsible for team member performance evaluations, merit, and promotion decisions.
• Responsible for defining work assignment and workload management for team(s).
• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
• Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
• Provides ongoing analysis, maintenance, and technical and functional support for systems throughout the organization.
• Assists with departmental budget planning and resourcing.
• Participate in after-hours support On-Call rotation and onsite support during go-live or upgrade activations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (equivalent experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
• Epic certification required - Resolute Hospital Billing Administration or Resolute Hospital Billing Claims Administration.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience - IT applications support in Resolute Hospital Billing or Hospital Billing Claims.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT implementing and supporting applications.
• Established experience with large scale/large projects with team of 5 or more members.
• Experience developing project management items such as standard work breakdown structure, resources and critical path, project scope, issues identification and oversight, change control processes, and stakeholder communications.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in information technology management, preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' Service Now experience, preferred.
• Experience designing and supporting healthcare or business systems and integration with third party applications.
• Experience with workflow and operations within a hospital or health system.
