About the position

The Manager of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for Meals and Beverages at Campbell's is responsible for developing analyses, tools, and reports that leverage pricing, promotions, and price pack architecture to drive growth in the Meals and Beverages portfolio. This hybrid role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies and enhance profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead modelling efforts to quantify the impact of proposed pricing and promotion changes at both a national and account level.
  • Support the creation of a multi-year pricing roadmap for core brands to drive topline growth and net price realization.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on optimal price gaps vs competition, target key price points, and new or improved promoted price groups.
  • Oversee monthly price and promotion trackers to facilitate pricing awareness and discussions with senior leaders and customer teams.
  • Collaborate with sales strategy and cross-functional business partners to plan and execute optimal pricing and promotional strategies at the account level.
  • Provide strategic counsel on pricing-related projects including pricing for innovation and channel packs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, finance, or sales roles in a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated Revenue Growth Management/Financial Sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and operational skill-set with a track record of designing pricing strategies that meet financial expectations.
  • Proven track record of driving initiatives from strategy to execution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Tableau Tool.
  • SAP experience is desired.
  • Understanding of basic statistical analysis and its applications.
