About The Position
The Revenue Operations Manager at DaVita plays a crucial role in identifying and implementing opportunities within the company's revenue cycle. In this position, you will manage a request inventory effectively, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders, prioritizing tasks appropriately, and meeting deadlines. A solid understanding of Tableau development and data visualization is essential to support the creation of impactful analytical insights. You will be expected to challenge existing processes and support transformative changes within the organization. A foundational knowledge of business and revenue cycles will aid in your problem-solving efforts. Additionally, you will champion DaVita's Mission & Values, collaborating with other leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of key business priorities. Your role will involve providing thought-partnership to other Revenue Operations teams, offering options, considerations, and recommendations based on data analysis. Effective communication with senior leaders is vital, as you will need to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
