About the position

The Manager-Sales Acquisition oversees a team of tele sales or inside sales representatives in an inbound consumer call center. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational goals are met, and providing coaching and support to team members. The manager plays a crucial role in employee development, performance management, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the work of tele sales or inside sales representatives.
  • Directs work activities to achieve operational goals and revenue objectives.
  • Monitors representatives according to documented standards.
  • Provides feedback, coaching, training, motivation, and support to representatives.
  • Counsels and advises representatives regarding performance and discipline.
  • Makes recommendations regarding hiring, firing, advancement, and promotion of employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in call center processes and metrics.
  • Sales experience.
  • Coaching and leadership experience.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
