About the position

The Manager Sales Analytics will oversee the sales analytics function at Direct Recruit Agency, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance and drive growth. This role requires a strong background in sales analytics, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving results through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales analytics function for the agency, providing insights to drive sales performance.
  • Demonstrate experience with pharma commercial analytics processes such as reporting, field force analytics, and goal setting.
  • Utilize pharma commercial data sets like DDD, NPA, NSP, APLD, and Rx for analysis.
  • Lead analytics operations including brand launch support, customer segmentation, and market mix modeling.
  • Understand recent changes in commercial models such as dynamic targeting and micro-segmentation.
  • Possess hands-on technical skills in SQL, R, and Python.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 analysts, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Triangulate data from sales, CRM, and secondary sources to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales analytics strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide data-driven insights.
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales analytics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align sales analytics with business goals.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on analytics tools and reports.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Proven track record of using data to drive sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
