Allbridge is seeking a Manager of Sales and Business Development to lead our efforts in customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Manager will represent Allbridge's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and conducting consumer research to identify how our solutions meet customer needs. You will be responsible for exceeding sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies, generating leads, and building relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedules to engage existing and potential sales outlets. Additionally, you will develop and implement a territory action plan based on comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques as necessary based on field interactions and results. Maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients is crucial to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for daily and weekly updates on opportunities and leads, recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives. This role requires conducting call and demo reviews, team performance assessments, and skill sessions, as well as consulting the team on account action plans to define appropriate expansion strategies. You will need to possess in-depth product knowledge to conduct presentations and handle objections effectively, preparing professional reports and proposals for executive-level presentations. Collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Go to Market teams will be essential to define target markets and ideal customer profiles, as well as executing campaigns.
