About the position

The Manager of Sales and Operation Holistic Planning at Kohler is a pivotal role responsible for leading the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Holistic planning across all categories and sites within Kohler's North America division (KBNA). This position requires a disciplined and well-communicated approach to manage the S&OP reconciliation process, ensuring that the dollarized shipment forecast aligns with the company's operational capabilities and market demands. The role is hybrid, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, which reflects Kohler's commitment to flexibility in the workplace. In this role, the manager will address short-term constraints related to supply or site issues, analyze discrepancies between demand and supply plans on a quarterly basis by category, plant, and site, and track changes from the previous month to the current month. The manager will also be responsible for identifying capacity and scheduling challenges, collaborating with supply planning teams to develop actionable plans. Additionally, the role involves coordinating the introduction of new products, managing network design changes, and overseeing backlog and supply projections to meet targets. Weekly integrated shop floor meetings will be held to discuss month-to-date projections, and financial reconciliations will include considerations for rebates, contingency plans, and pricing changes.
