About the position

The Sales Effectiveness Manager at SPI LLC is responsible for managing and overseeing key sales functions to ensure their effective collaboration. This role involves planning, reporting, management, sales process optimization, program implementation, and administration. The manager will drive organic growth across business units and develop communication plans and reports to provide insights into market trends and customer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the organization's sales processes, training, and initiatives.
  • Understand capabilities and resources to drive organic growth across business units.
  • Develop internal and external communication plans, including a comprehensive playbook of best practices for Account Managers.
  • Develop reports and insights into market trends, competitive dynamics, growth opportunities, and customer behavior.
  • Assess and recommend optimal sales design, organization structure, coverage, and productivity improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Dynamics).
  • Market knowledge.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
