The Manager, Sales Enablement and Marketing at Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions is a pivotal role focused on driving business goals through strategic collaboration with the business development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong PowerPoint skills and a passion for contributing to high-growth commercial organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business development and cross-functional leaders to design and customize Orsini solutions for late-stage biopharma opportunities.
• Build sales-facing materials including sales capabilities decks, finalist presentations, and one-pagers for late-stage biopharma opportunities.
• Conduct review meetings to gather feedback and implement changes to align with sales objectives and solution positioning.
• Leverage insights from previous deliverables and market feedback to recommend new solution positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial operations to share insights that inform strategy and go-to-market messaging.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support with knowledge of best practices in these areas.
• Deep expertise in building external-facing sales slides or materials.
• Outstanding PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
• Ability to navigate and lead in an ambiguous environment to achieve high performance.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate a matrix organization.
• Strategic and consultative thinking combined with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or biotech space.
