About the position

Responsibilities

  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes.
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue goals by providing necessary resources and training.
  • Establish performance metrics and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing across teams to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or sales operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in driving sales performance through enablement strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
