The Sales Operations - Enablement Manager is responsible for enabling our dynamic sales teams to achieve aggressive organizational growth objectives. This pivotal role involves creating and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aimed at enhancing sales productivity and effectiveness across our global sales organization. The successful candidate will report to the VP Sales Operations and will be an expert at establishing cross-functional alignment with proven experience driving collaboration and creating consensus across sales, marketing, product, product marketing, and other stakeholder teams to achieve positive sales outcomes. They will have extensive knowledge of sales enablement as a discipline and proven experience as an effective sales enablement practitioner. The role requires overseeing the planning and execution of complex sales enablement programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the desired impact on sales performance. The manager will cultivate strong, productive relationships across different departments, enhancing cooperation and collaboration to achieve shared business goals. They will manage cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, product marketing, and product teams, fostering a cooperative environment while driving accountability. The manager will also ensure all stakeholders regularly update and maintain content, adhering to a defined cadence that keeps materials relevant and aligned with market needs. Additionally, the Sales Enablement Manager will develop and mentor teams to foster growth and high performance, articulate complex concepts clearly across various levels of the organization, conduct thorough needs assessments, design and execute sales training programs, and track and manage projects to execution, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting and overall sales health.
