About the position

The Manager of Sales Enablement Program Management at Datadog is responsible for leading a global team to enhance the productivity of revenue teams through effective change management and enablement strategies. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that support sales enablement goals, while also managing complex programs that optimize seller workflows. The position requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of sales enablement principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Senior Program Managers, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement change management strategies that align with sales enablement goals.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive change enablement programs to help the GTM team adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of enablement initiatives against business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and promote best practices in change management and sales enablement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement or change management, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience with sales methodologies, processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience in adult learning methodologies for designing learning content and evaluating its success.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in assessing business metrics to identify productivity gaps.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a high-growth Software-as-a-Service or technology company.
  • Relevant certifications in change management or sales enablement.
  • Knowledge of DevOps or cloud technologies.
  • Experience enabling salespeople with structured methodologies.
  • Experience building scalable programs.
