About the position

Figma is on a mission to make design accessible to all, and we are expanding our Enablement team to help achieve this goal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a new segment of the Enablement team, which has seen significant growth over the past six months. As an experienced Enablement leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping and building a cohesive 'One Enablement' team brand while optimizing and scaling our Sales Onboarding processes. You will be responsible for developing Enablement playbooks and launching go-to-market (GTM) programs that enhance our team's effectiveness and efficiency. In this full-time role, which can be performed from one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team towards excellence. Your focus will be on creating scalable, data-driven processes that align with both team and company goals. You will optimize the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they have key milestones that enhance their impact during their first 90 days, ultimately reducing ramp time. You will oversee the strategy for optimizing the usage of our Enablement and Sales tech stack, including content management systems (CMS), learning management systems (LMS), and various productivity tools. Collaboration will be key as you work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop collateral, presentations, and other materials that support our enablement efforts aligned with the buyer's journey and sales stages. Additionally, you will define key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of our enablement initiatives, using data and analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership. Your responsibilities will also include owning all content and training curriculum for Sales Kickoffs and other GTM-related events, as well as establishing and refreshing programmatic content across recurrent and strategic initiatives, onboarding, and all sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead strategy to optimize the usage of the Enablement and Sales tech stack across (ie CMS, LMS, and productivity tools)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop collateral, presentations, and other materials that support the enablement of our team's aligned with the buyer's journey and sales stages
  • Define key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
  • Use data and analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Own all content and training curriculum for Sales Kickoffs and other GTM related events
  • Establish/refresh and own programmatic content across recurrent and strategic initiatives, onboarding, and all sales enablement programs

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or customer-facing role
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience; proven history of hiring, leading, and developing hard-working teams
  • The ability to define strategy, build cross-functional alignment, implement efficiently, and iterate alongside diverse stakeholders
  • Proven success in planning, prioritizing, and driving multiple long-term, cross-functional projects simultaneously to completion
  • Analytical approach with the ability apply data and metrics to drive strategy
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales process, methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs
