About the position

Responsibilities

  • Empower the sales team by providing necessary resources, training, and tools for success.
  • Align marketing messaging with the unique needs of each customer.
  • Ensure sales representatives are well-prepared and informed about products and services.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development of sales collateral and manage project deadlines.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including blogs, videos, and social media.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all sales interactions.
  • Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing or a related field.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and developing strategies.
  • Direct experience in a sales enablement role is highly preferred.
  • Track record of designing and implementing sales enablement programs that improve sales performance.
  • Strong project management skills for overseeing sales collateral development.
  • Experience in content creation and management for various marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of brand management and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer data.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of B2B customer behavior.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $82,000 - $113,350 based on skills and experience.
  • Eligibility for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
