About the position

The Manager of Sales Enablement at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is responsible for partnering with sellers to create compelling narratives and visual content aimed at winning new business. This role involves project management of proposals and pitches, ensuring best practices are followed, and leveraging the JLL platform to enhance business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to execution of proposal strategy by generating customized, quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals.
  • Learns to use knowledge of the client to identify and develop a winning strategy.
  • Attends meetings, creates content, helps with edits, participates in debriefs, etc.
  • Maintains data and develops insights relevant to new business pursuits.
  • Learns JLL platform across multiple service lines.
  • Gains an understanding of JLL tools and technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing.
  • 5-7 years of related experience, real estate experience a plus.
  • Strong creative skills and knowledge of graphic design.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of and commitment to client service.
