About the position

As the Manager of Sales Operations/Enablement & PMO at GXO Logistics, you will oversee strategic projects aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to align sales and marketing efforts to meet business objectives. You will analyze sales data, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market conditions.
  • Partner with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions and optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Marketing or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
