About the position

The Manager, Sales Enablement at Mars United Commerce is responsible for supporting end-to-end sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth. This role involves collaboration with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to meet the marketing needs of the Retail Media Network's business, focusing on demand generation, sales enablement, and B2B marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to concept and write thought leadership and insights-driven content.
  • Support the development of newsletters, sales communications, and other materials.
  • Help support content creation and ideation for owned social channels.
  • Support new and existing marketing and sales enablement efforts with positioning, messaging, and materials development.
  • Work in close partnership with key stakeholders in product strategy and commercialization to ensure materials are ready for market.
  • Support sales training and education efforts.
  • Help manage calendar, host events, and support record-keeping as needed.
  • Provide 1:1 support to sales for custom data and insights requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in display advertising media planning, ad operations, or sales.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Business writing and presentation development skills.
  • Client-facing client management and meeting planning experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in demand generation and B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media promotion and event management.
