About the position

As a Sales Enablement Leader at Heidelberg Materials, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and innovation within the Midwest Region. This position focuses on optimizing sales processes, ensuring the effective use of sales tools, and fostering collaboration among sales teams. You will report to the VP of Sales Operations and work closely with regional leadership to analyze market trends and provide insights that enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales development by assessing needs and providing appropriate learning content to the audience.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure effective use of sales tools from onboarding to continuous training.
  • Analyze, refine, and enable sales processes that align with best practices across regions.
  • Act as a thought partner for commercial leaders, influencing decision-making and challenging the status quo.
  • Facilitate data collection and analysis to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Align commercial management cycles with operations and finance to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years in B2B sales management, with experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement.
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge Sales Leaders and executives.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train others.
