About the position

The Manager, Sales Frontline at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for leading and managing the Front Line sales team to achieve sales targets while adhering to company policies and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role involves training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives, as well as participating in daily sales meetings and recruiting new sales associates. The position is crucial in ensuring that the sales team effectively closes transactions and contributes to the company's mission of putting the world on vacation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner
• Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing Front Line transactions on a daily basis
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of the Front Line sales representatives
• Participate constructively in daily sales meetings
• Recruit future sales associates
• May be responsible for group sales presentations
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience is preferred
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred
• Maintain production standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• College Degree is preferred
