About the position

As a Manager of Enterprise Midmarket Sales at Spectrum Enterprise, you will lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and Account Managers. Your role will involve managing new and existing accounts, coordinating resources, and focusing on client education regarding our voice, data, and video infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for developing your team through mentorship and innovative sales training while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Attend sales calls and facilitate team meetings to discuss progress and provide coaching.
  • Assign high-priority clients or business development tasks to qualified team members.
  • Conduct sales and team activities in compliance with Spectrum Enterprise policies and procedures.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales funnel, activity, and forecasts.
  • Ensure a successful sales cycle through coordinated efforts with various internal teams.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of proven sales leadership experience as a top performer.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong team building and management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG.
  • Knowledge of the data and telecommunications industry.
