About the position

As a Sales Operations Manager at Carbon Robotics, you will play a crucial role in partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to develop and execute a robust Sales Operations strategy. This position involves tactical leadership in reporting and metrics, as well as strategic collaboration across departments to deliver business insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for enhancing reporting and analytical deliverables, analyzing internal data sources, and translating research into actionable recommendations that drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • Build a robust Sales Operations strategy by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Take hands-on responsibility for dashboards and data integrity.
  • Enhance reporting and analytical deliverables to support business decisions.
  • Analyze internal data sources to understand customer requirements and marketplace trends.
  • Integrate multiple data sources to address complex business questions and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Translate data summaries into actionable insights for internal customers.
  • Identify abnormal trends and recommend adjustments to current brand efforts.
  • Design and implement tools to produce sales and share figures for all products.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a Sales Operations Leadership role.
  • Experience building or transforming Sales Operations.
  • Technical depth with Salesforce, including pivot tables and V-Lookups.
  • Accountable for planning and delivery of high-impact projects including CRM, MDM, and BI.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to collaborate on complex issues.
  • Experience in designing and implementing sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to monitor key performance indicators and ensure field force effectiveness.
  • Working experience with Google Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Ag-Tech industry.
  • Familiarity with AI and robotics technologies.
