The Manager of Sales Operations will be a leader on the Sales Operations team at Charlie Health. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving efficiencies and improving our Go-to-Market strategy for our Clinical Outreach team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of our Clinical Outreach team. You will partner with leaders on the Clinical Outreach team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with overall business objectives. This position is essential for enhancing team performance and productivity, as well as for driving down customer acquisition costs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and guiding the Sales Operations team, leveraging customer acquisition data to evaluate our go-to-market strategies, and implementing best practices to enhance lead and opportunity creation. You will also be tasked with developing frameworks to pilot new strategies, monitoring the return on investment from implemented initiatives, and utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of the sales team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, as you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems using SQL and Tableau to track KPIs for our Go-to-Market function. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Growth Strategy and Finance teams to develop accurate admission forecasts and plans, oversee the implementation and optimization of sales technologies, and foster strong communication channels between Clinical Outreach, Sales Operations, and other relevant teams.
