You will be tasked with transforming ideas into actionable strategies that optimize and streamline our sales processes, particularly for our rapidly growing VIP sales team. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that our VIP customers receive an exceptional experience, which is a cornerstone of our business model. As the Manager of VIP Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning efforts of the VIP sales model structure. This involves driving key performance metrics that enhance team performance and customer engagement. You will be responsible for embodying process excellence and serving as the VIP center of excellence by optimizing our sales processes. This includes developing standard operating procedures that guide the VIP team's operations and ensuring operational consistency by equipping VIP managers and salespeople with the necessary frameworks for effective team management. In addition, you will establish a standard of excellence by overseeing the cross-functional development of coaching and training resources. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various stakeholder organizations to create policies that protect the business and our players while allowing for operational flexibility. This includes considerations for responsible gaming, data privacy, and marketing compliance. Your strategic and analytical thinking will be vital in addressing business challenges and presenting recommendations to leadership, ensuring that our sales operations align with broader business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and streamline sales processes for the VIP sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Sales Operations or Enablement.
  • 2 years of direct management experience.
  • Experience developing and maintaining sales processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
